Reverts PR #426: Fix method swizzling on ios

Will revisit swizzling with changes necessary for cocoapods support

you still want to be able to call this elsewhere..

incase another AppDelegate category also implements a swizzled_init.
it’s better practice to name these swizzled methods by {name_of_category}_{original_method_name}

fix stopBackgroundTask not called from timer when executed in background

In my tests, adding the "android-minSdkVersion" to config.xml doesn't solve the issue, but using `-- --minSdkVersion=15` in the command fixes it.
